Chef Becca Henry, received degrees in Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management at the Cooking and Hospitality Institute of Chicago and Kendall College. Simultaneously, Becca was one of the primary tasting chefs at Chicago’s Blue Plate Catering. 2012 brought Becca west to Denver and the award-winning restaurant, ChoLon Modern Asian. Here, Becca learned every detail of every station, and rose to the role of Executive Chef in 2019. Currently Becca sits at the helm of ChoLon’s newest concept in Stapleton. Becca enjoys spending time with her husband, Alan and Kona Gold their German Shepard.
