Linda Hampsten Fox, owner and chef of The Bindery, Ltd. and Best BIFF CineChef 2019, attended the University of Colorado, Boulder at age 17.  Working in the restaurant industry and owning a catering business, Linda further explored her craft while apprenticing in Switzerland, Italy and France for 12 years.  In 2002, Linda returned to Colorado and collaborated with private clients such as Dr. Jane Goodall, actor Michael York, and Nancy Pelosi. Recently Linda cooked at The Great Chefs of the West for The National Kidney Foundation and will be part of Heritage Fire during the Aspen Food and Wine Festival.  Her first cookbook will be available at the end of the summer 2020.
