The Ginger Pig
Chef Natascha Hess, the mastermind of Boulder’s new restaurant, The Ginger Pig, has a background as diverse as our community. From hockey player to sports broadcasting, from lawyer to food truck owner to restaurant owner/chef, Natascha has finally found her passion: cooking. Much of Chef Natascha’s inspiration comes from her extensive travel in Asia–including Beijing, the Philippines and Singapore. Living in China during her college years, Chef Natascha’s “Chinese mom” taught her the ins and outs of traditional Chinese cooking. The Ginger Pig, is a Boulderite favorite for its unique menu of Asian-inspired flavors that span Bangkok, Thailand and Vietnam.
