The beautiful sound of Amy Kress’s voice swept through the afternoon crowd at the Lazy Dog on Saturday afternoon, as she touched guests with her beautiful contemporary music and piano skills of a prodigy.
The house was packed once again; this time brought to BIFF from valued sponsor The Farm. Paired with four other small local companies, The Farm drew in a friendly crowd of festival goers to the event.
As director of marketing for The Farm Abel Villacorta so eloquently put it, “We’re all small companies supporting each other, we want to impact the world, and that’s what BIFF does, with these great movies and everything else.” The sense of community at the event was palpable, everyone in tune to the music as the sun slowly began to set and the lights, in turn, began to illuminate.
